Projects

ODLS has been involved in every major industrial project in Victoria and numerous Australian projects over the last 20 years. We are constantly developing expertise in new areas to suit our clients challenging requirements.

When the job becomes challenging, ODLS have the skills and experience to offer competitive solutions in all areas of Australia and overseas – often mobilising to other states for local projects.

Examples include the transport and placement of Tomago Aluminium new 95T Transformer from Port Kembla wharf to their Tomago Workshop. Also Mitsubishi Transformers 4 new units Port Kembla to City South in central Sydney.

They have undergone induction and safety training with various and have ESI, Transgrid PSSR 3.3 and Powerlink training for works on substation in all states. By continually upgrading our compliance training and inductions, ODLS is able to supply experienced labour hire under manufacturers’ supervision to install transformers.

Our aim is to continue to foster this service to become the primary provider of services to the industry for the relocation, installation and even, at the end of their life, the removal and demolition of the larger transformers.
