Watching ODLS operate, I was very impressed with the methodical manner in which they went through their lift. From double checking all equipment, briefing all personnel and taking control of the complete process. The use of the gantry crane ensured that the package could only go in one direction once it had been slung reducing the exclusion zone required. It took less than two days for the gantry structure to be put in place, a process of which we should consider for some of our future lifts.
